Notable Projects

  • ADAPT-MP (2019) [Video]

    • Prosthetic limb training designed primarily for children and veterans.

    • Uses EMG sensors to train muscle groups used to control prosthetic limbs, by translating that data to game inputs

    • User management and communication with a provider app, as well as provider website

    • Achievements linked to unlockable skins, and games

    • EMG and Game data reported and stored on the provider's server to allow for in-depth assessment of training progress

  • AUGMED Mobile (2018-2020) [Video]

    • Augmented Reality Medical training and assessment

    • Used in conjunction with a training buddy, and a physical mannequin which virtual assets are displayed on top of

    • Plane detection and anchoring

  • Wheel Run (2015) [Google Play Store]

    • Experimental project to understand the upload and monetization process for the Google Play Store

    • Infinite runner/dodger with a primitive high score system

Small Projects and Experiments

  • Nutrition Barcode Reader [Video]

    • Camera interaction on PC's and mobile devices

    • Connected with online API OpenFoodFacts to query data

    • Stored data of scanned items to allow for offline addition of those items in the future

  • Custom Pokedex

    • Built to familiarize myself with API calls using https://pokeapi.co/

    • Made to display the pokemon sprite, as well as some basic information like name, and type

  • Mobile Anchoring and Resource Gathering

    • Anchor biomes in a physical space using AR

    • Resources populate and must be gathered using physical interaction like touching your phone to fruits to pick them, and swinging it at rocks and trees at a minimum velocity to break them.
